Septic Panel Overview:

The LPD2-230VAC is a Low Pressure Dosing control panel. This panel is intended to control a pump up / pump down operation for a simplex lift station. The two float set up is on demand for the pump operation. One float is for the High Water Alarm and the other is for Pump On/Off. The control panel does not have relay, contactor or motor capacitors. This unit should be used with pumps that have internal capacitors and the amperage from the pump will flow to the On/Off pump float.

Voltage on this panel is 240VAC and incorporates two din rail mounted UL1077 circuit breakers for proper circuit protection intended to power a single phase 2 HP pump or smaller. The 20A, double pole breaker protects the pump and the 10A single pole breaker for the Alarm circuit. A float switch should be used with the alarm circuit. The red beacon alarm light will come on and the audible buzzer will sound when the float switch closes. Two weatherproof toggle switches are mounted on the panel door. One momentary switch is for Alarm Test and the second is for On/ Silence. This control can be used to pump fluid from a holding tank to a treatment unit or for pumping effluent.

This panel utilizes a Weatherproof Nema 4X Polycarbonate enclosure with sun ratings that will prevent it from yellowing over time. Internal components are securely mounted via din rail and field wiring to terminals are labeled.
